Registration and payments are available online – please go to the Registration & Payments page to register for ice time, classes, membership, etc.
Limited registration forms (we are phasing them out) are available to download from the below list. Please submit your registration as listed on the form. Remember, you must pay your membership fees for 2020-2021 season before you may skate on any AFSC ice.

IF THE WAIVER IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED AND CONSENTED TO YOUR SKATER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE ICE. *NOTE on the online registration forms you acknowledge and consent to the waiver when registering.
