Welcome to the Alexandria Figure Skating Club. The Alexandria Figure Skating Club (AFSC) Skates out of the Runestone Community Center located at 802 3rd Avenue West in Alexandria, Minnesota. AFSC offers Group Basic skills lessons for skaters learning to skate and also private lessons for skaters advanced beyond the Basic Skills Ciriculum. We welcome skaters from Alexandria, Brandon, Glenwood, Osakis, Carlos, Miltona and all surrounding communties.

Please see the Ice Schedules page for our latest calendar of Private Ice times for practice or private lessons with a coach. Punch cards may also be purchased to be used during any of these ice times. Registration forms are available at the AFSC office, or you may download the form from this web site and email your registration form to kjuettner@charter.net. You must have completed an AFSC Membership form and paid your membership fees for 2009 - 2010 before you will be allowed to skate on any AFSC ice.

Summer ice will begin on June 16th - Registration forms are now posted online to be downloaded and will also be mailed out to current skaters. Look under the Resources tab to download them.

Central Minnesota Basic Skills Competition Series
This new competition series is sponsored equally by the St. Cloud, Willmar, and Alexandria figure skating clubs, and is approved by USFS. The purpose of this competition series is to promote an enjoyable, introductory, competitive experience for the beginning skater and develop their USFS basic skills in a fun environment.
