The Alexandria Figure Skating Club (AFSC) Skates out of the Runestone Community Center in Alexandria, MN.
The Alexandria Figure Skating Club offers Learn to Skate USA (LTS) group lessons for skaters of all ages interested in learning to skate. We also provide US Figure Skating curriculum beyond LTS supporting both group and private lessons for those looking to advance further in their skating journey. We welcome skaters from Alexandria and all surrounding communities in west central Minnesota - from Sauk Centre to Morris, Willmar to Parkers Prairie and beyond, we welcome you to skate with us!

Mission Statement
The Mission of the Alexandria FSC is to provide professional instruction in the art of figure skating to all ages and to promote skating as a lifelong recreational sport.
Purpose of the Club
The main purpose of our organization is to provide lessons in skating skills whether it be for figure skating, hockey skating, or recreational skating.
The AFSC is committed to improving, advancing, and encouraging the instruction, training, competition, testing, and development of capabilities of an individual in all forms of skating.
History
We are a non-profit organization run by a board of directors with volunteers and independent contractors who help to run the operations of the club. The AFSC was established in the fall of 1979 as a basic skills organization. In 1994, our club was granted full membership with US Figure Skating.
