Guest or Hockey Registration – 2022 Spring Private Ice and Punch Cards

*Guest Skaters are members of a hockey association (ex. AAHA or neighboring) OR a member of another figure skating club. (ex. FFSC) and will only need to use this form to register.*

The 2022 Spring Private Ice Session (with ice times available on Monday, Thursday & Sundays evenings/late afternoon) starts April 18, 21 & 24, 2022 and goes through May 22, 23 & 26, 2022 (with one week skipped).  Detailed ice times are listed on the below form, Spring Private Ice Schedule News post or Calendar.

REGISTRATION IS DUE BY April 13, 2022.  A $10 late fee will be applied if registration is received after the 4/13/22 deadline.

GUEST FEE: In lieu of a guest fee, your skaters will simply pay more for the ice time. This opts you out of fundraising with the AFSC.

MEMBERSHIP FEES: Hockey Players – did you pay this fee with the AFSC this past summer, early fall, fall, winter or early spring? Figure Skaters of another club: Are your fees up to date with your home club? ALL skaters taking private lessons must have their own membership fee.

PUNCH CARDS: The AFSC allows for Private Ice to be purchased by buying-on individual sessions using our punch card system.  Punch cards will be processed and stored for your skater at the rink in our ice monitor book.  Be sure to check in with the ice monitor prior to taking the ice to get your card punched and “pay” for the ice you are skating on.
