2021 Winter PRIVATE ICE

The 2021 Winter Private Ice Session (with ice times available on Monday, Thursday and Sunday evenings) starts January 4, 7 and 10, 2021 and goes weekly through March 1, 2021.  Detailed ice times are as follows (please note there is no ice on Sunday, January 3):

  • The MONDAY ice schedule is as follows (9xs) (Note ice time first week is at an earlier time):
    • 1/4/21 Only
      • 6:30-7:30 pm     Open/FS
    • 1/11-3/1/21
      • 8:30-9:30 pm     Open/FS
  • The THURSDAY ice schedule is as follows (8xs):
    • 1/7-2/25/21
      • 6:15-7:15 pm     Lo/FS/Hky/Mvs
      • 7:15-8:15 pm     Int/FS   
  • The SUNDAY ice schedule is as follows (8xs):
    • 1/10-2/28/21
      • 5:15-6:15 pm     Lo/FS/Hky/Mvs
      • 6:15-6:45 pm     Aspire Group Lesson
      • 7:00-8:00 pm     Int/FS
      • 8:00-9:00 pm     HI/FS

ALL SKATERS MUST PRE-REGISTER. REGISTRATION IS DUE BY December 31, 2020. A $10 late fee will be applied if registration is received after the 12/31/20 deadline.

NOTE: Those skaters in the previous session that was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pause in sports activities will receive a credit toward the winter session.  To these skaters: When registering please select the payment plan option to pay half at online registration or at the rink the first night.  Your total credit from the fall-winter session will then be determined once you register.  After applying the credit to your ice time, this will be your balance due (if any) for the 2nd payment.  You will be notified of the amount due if any.

Please note re: Membership Fees: Membership runs from July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021 and is paid once per season. All skaters on AFSC ice must have a current Learn to Skate USA (or US Figure Skating) membership. If you are a member of AAHA, your club membership with them does NOT cover your membership with Learn to Skate USA as we are two separate organizations.

  • For LEARN TO SKATE MEMBERS select and pay below.
  • For FREESKATE SKATERS and higher – Please discuss with your private ice coach if you should be a USFS member. USFS Membership is paid using a separate registration form, please submit if applicable.

Please note re: Covid-19:  The “Back to the Rink COVID-19 Plan” must be reviewed prior to registering.  It can be found on our forms page.

ICE TIME DESCRIPTIONS
Lo/FS/Hky/Mvs
: Private Ice for skaters in Basic 1 thru No Test, hockey skaters & PrePre & Up working on MOVES only.
INT/FS: Private ice time for skaters in Basic 5 & Up to practice or receive lessons on. Moves included.
HI/FS:
Open to any skater at a Freeskate 1 level or above. Moves included.
OPEN/FS:
Open to any skater taking private lessons at any level.
ASPIRE (Sunday Group Lesson ONLY)*:
Sunday nights from 6:15-6:45pm (30 minutes).  This class will be focusing on figure skating disciplines (Artistry in Motion, Dance, Synchro, Theater on Ice) that cover skills found in individual and group programs.
*Aspire
programing is new from US Figure Skating and facilitates an athlete’s journey from a skater to a figure skater. Details on the complete Aspire group classes package can be found on the 2021 Winter ASPIRE (Learn to Skate) Classes Registration page. Private Ice skaters can choose to participate in just the Sunday night component (registration on this Private Ice page).

Save a copy of your confirmation email for your records. If you chose the Payment Plan Option via credit/debit card you will be going back to our Registration & Payments page by February 8, 2021 to pay your second half registration. Thank you!
