<p><strong>ICE TIME DESCRIPTIONS<sup>1</sup><br>*Power Class: </strong>Get ready to skate stronger! Power Class focuses on building powerful skating through edge work, body control, extension, and technique focused drills that improve overall skating.&nbsp; Two sections will be offered, <strong>Foundations</strong> (30 min, Freeskate 1-PrePreliminary skaters) and <strong>Development</strong> (30 min, Preliminary and higher skaters), so skaters can train with others at a similar ability level to maximize learning and challenge.&nbsp; The classes will be led by Coach Lisa.</p>



<p><strong>Lo/FS:</strong> Private Ice for skaters in Snowplow Sam thru FS 6 and hockey skaters.<br><strong>Int/FS:</strong> Private ice time for skaters in PreFreeskate &amp; Up to practice or receive lessons on. Moves/Skating Skills included.<br><strong>HI/FS:</strong> Private ice time for skaters at a Freeskate 3 level or above. Moves/Skating Skills included.<br><strong>Open/FS:</strong> Open to any skater taking private lessons at any level.<br><strong>Moves:</strong> Private ice time for skaters practicing Moves/Skating Skills patterns for test. <p>Learn to Skate (LTS) group lessons for levels&nbsp;<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Snowplow Sam (preschool ages), Basic 1-4, Hockey Skills 1-2 and Adults</span>&nbsp;will be held on Monday nights starting January 5, 2026 from 6:30-7:15pm and ending on February 23, 2026 for 8 class times total. <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Aspire</strong></h2>



<p>Aspire group lessons for levels&nbsp;<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Basic 5-6, PreFreeskate, and Freeskate 1-6</span>&nbsp;will be held on Sunday AND Monday nights. Sundays start January 4, 2026 from 6:15-7:15pm and end on February 22, 2026 for 8 weeks total. Mondays start January 5, 2026 from 7:00-7:45pm and end on February 23, 2026 for 8 class times total. Class time on Monday night includes 15 min of practice ice and 30min of instruction. Off-Ice classes (if any) are TBD.<strong><br>Your registration includes the entire schedule below:<br>SUNDAYS, 6:15pm (60min) &#8211; 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22&nbsp; </strong>This class day will be focusing on figure skating disciplines including power, edges, jumps, spins and skills that go into creating individual programs (including Artistry in Motion, Dance).<strong><br>MONDAYS, 7:00pm &#8211; 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23&nbsp; </strong>This class day will consist of 15 minutes of practice ice and 30 minutes of LTS class level instruction.<strong><br>TBD: OFF ICE training</strong>&nbsp;(if any, dependent on space needs/availability).</p>



<p>The Aspire program is a packaged deal to help skaters who have completed the beginning LTS levels make the change from skater to figure skater with additional ice time and programming.&nbsp; Programming includes: weekly Learn to Skate USA (LTS) class level instruction; weekly curriculum covering edges, jumps, spins, Skating Skills, Artistry in Motion, Theater on Ice, Synchro; and TBD Off Ice curriculum (pending space needs). <p><strong>ICE TIME DESCRIPTIONS*</strong><strong><br></strong>Lo/FS/Moves: Private Ice for skaters in Snowplow Sam thru FS 6, hockey skaters &amp; those working on Moves/Skating Skills test patterns only.<br>Lo/FS: Private Ice for skaters in Snowplow Sam thru FS 6 and hockey skaters.<br>Int/FS: Private ice time for skaters in PreFreeskate &amp; Up to practice or receive lessons on. Moves/Skating Skills included.<br>HI/FS: Private ice time for skaters at a Freeskate 3 level or above. Moves/Skating Skills included.<br>Open/FS: Open to any skater taking private lessons at any level.<br>Moves: Private ice time for skaters practicing Moves/Skating Skills patterns for test. No jumps, no spins, no hockey.</p>



<p>*All Sessions are subject to coach discretion to fill their lesson schedule.&nbsp; A skater can be working with a coach on any level while in a lesson.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
